Authorities in Arkansas have initiated a manhunt for two individuals suspected of murder who escaped from the Dub Brassell Adult Detention Center in Pine Bluff. The escape of Noah Roush, 22, and Jatonia Bryant, 23, was discovered around 10:30 a.m. on Monday, approximately 48 hours before the announcement by the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office.
Law enforcement has issued a warning that both Roush and Bryant are to be considered dangerous, and the public is advised to avoid approaching them. The sheriff’s office is actively engaged in efforts to locate and apprehend the suspects.

Roush, a White male weighing around 180 pounds and standing at 6 feet, 2 inches tall, was initially detained on probable cause for residential burglary and theft. He is also a suspect in an unspecified homicide.
Bryant, described as a Black male with a height of 5 feet, 11 inches, and a weight of 145 pounds, was being held on charges of capital murder. Additionally, he faces accusations of discharging a firearm from a vehicle as a terrorist act.
Bryant turned himself in, according to the Pine Bluff Police Department, at the time of his arrest, where he was accused of shooting 49-year-old Christopher Harris on July 29. Harris passed away from his injuries on July 31.
Both individuals have ties to Pine Bluff and were booked into jail on separate occasions in June and August, respectively, according to inmate records.
The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office is urging the public to provide any information about the whereabouts of Roush and Bryant. To incentivize cooperation, a reward of $2,500 is being offered for information leading to the successful apprehension of the escaped suspects.
