Former President Donald Trump is facing a myriad of legal challenges that span criminal and civil cases across multiple jurisdictions.
Legal experts have compiled a detailed analysis of the 91 criminal counts he faces, along with lawsuits alleging fraud, defamation, sexual abuse, and violation of civil rights, as well as various appeals he has made in these cases.
During an appearance on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe,” former federal prosecutor Andrew Weissmann highlighted the range of criminal charges against Trump, which include allegations from before, during, and after his presidency.
Weissmann noted Trump’s recent motion in a Florida case claiming immunity, even though the alleged actions occurred after he left office.
