Among the hardest-hit regions was Logan County, where the storms claimed three lives. In response, the governor activated the Ohio National Guard to assist in the cleanup efforts in this devastated area.

The impact of the severe weather extended beyond Ohio, affecting parts of Kentucky, Indiana, and Arkansas as well. In one Indiana community, approximately 40 individuals sustained injuries, while numerous homes suffered damage. Additionally, tornadoes were reported in Illinois and Missouri, further underscoring the widespread devastation wrought by the storms.
