Lot 3 caters specifically to small to medium-sized new build projects employing modern construction methods, with a maximum value of £2.5m. This lot emphasizes design and building procurement processes. RG Carter’s inclusion in Lot 3 further underscores its versatility and capability across varying project scales and methodologies, alongside Qube Structures and Munnings Construction.
