Robert F. Kennedy Jr., a vocal anti-vaxxer and independent presidential candidate, has made a bizarre accusation that President Joe Biden and former President Donald Trump are colluding to exclude him from the presidential debate stage.
In a recent social media post, Kennedy claimed that the two leaders were afraid he would emerge victorious if allowed to participate in the debates. This assertion is quite a stretch, considering Kennedy’s current polling numbers hover around 10 percent.
Kennedy’s claim follows a recent exchange between Biden and Trump, in which they agreed to two debates, with the first scheduled for June 27 at CNN’s Atlanta headquarters.

To qualify for these debates, candidates must appear on enough state ballots to potentially secure the necessary 270 delegates to win the general election.
Unfortunately for Kennedy, he does not meet this threshold. Additionally, he falls short of the requirements for later debates hosted by the Commission on Presidential Debates, which include ballot access and a minimum 15 percent in polling.
Both Biden and Trump have opted out of participating in CPD-hosted debates this year. In a further blow to Kennedy, the first debate will be held without an audience, likely to prevent disruptions from anti-genocide protesters, who have been a fixture at Biden’s public appearances since last year.
While this news may be difficult for Kennedy to accept, it’s reassuring to know that, even if he can’t debate Biden and Trump, nothing can stop him from continuing to debate reality.
