A Texas woman, Constance Seinwill, aged 61, was taken into custody for allegedly murdering her husband, Ronald Seinwill Jr., 63, last week. The incident occurred after Ronald reportedly hid Constance’s prescription Xanax, leading to a deadly confrontation. According to Universal City Police Chief Johnny Siemens, Constance struck her husband with a heavy object, although she couldn’t remember which object she had used to inflict the fatal blow.
At the time of the murder, Constance was described as being intoxicated. Siemens stated that her husband’s decision to hide her medication may have escalated her anger. Following the incident, Constance went to a neighbor’s house and asked them to call the police, admitting she had killed her husband. Officers responding to the scene discovered Ronald’s body lying on the living room floor.
Police investigators gathered several objects from the home that could potentially be the murder weapon. They are continuing their investigation to determine which object was used in the fatal beating. Constance’s inability to recall the details of the attack, combined with her intoxicated state, has added complexity to the case.
Neighbors revealed that the couple had a history of frequent arguments, with one individual noting that their fights were often loud and could be heard outside the home, even as they exited their cars. Despite this, Police Chief Siemens said that there were no previous police calls to the residence, suggesting that the couple’s conflicts had never resulted in formal complaints before this tragic event.
