Cheryl Hines, known for her role in Curb Your Enthusiasm and as the wife of former independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr., shared a promotional video showcasing her beauty products, which featured Kennedy showering partially unclothed in the background.
The 59-year-old actress highlighted Black Friday deals from her company Hines+Young, co-founded with her daughter Catherine Young, through a post on social media. While holding up a spray bottle and a tin of body cream, she positioned the items to obscure most of Kennedy, recently nominated by President-elect Trump to lead the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).
She also displayed a candle labeled “MAHA,” an acronym for “Make America Healthy Again,” reflecting the branding of her product line. Married to Kennedy since 2014, Hines occasionally accompanied him during his campaign events as an independent candidate.
After Kennedy withdrew from the race and endorsed Trump, he acknowledged that Hines’s reaction to his decision was far from supportive, noting it caused her noticeable discomfort.
Trump’s decision to appoint Kennedy, a vocal vaccine skeptic, as HHS Secretary stirred significant attention. The announcement followed a campaign promise at Madison Square Garden, where Trump declared he would allow Kennedy to “go wild on health” once in office.
