His apparent unwillingness to comply with court orders has become a focal point of the legal proceedings, adding to his already considerable challenges.
Further complicating his situation, Giuliani’s legal representation resigned earlier this month, citing his refusal to provide access to electronic devices crucial for his defense. This lack of cooperation made their continued representation impossible, they argued. Giuliani responded by denying intentional noncompliance and shifting blame to his former attorneys, while his new legal team attempted to portray the case as politically motivated.
